AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 13, 1836 (P.L.551, No.169), entitled
2 "An act relating to roads, highways and bridges," further
3 providing for construction materials.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Sections 48, 49 and 50 of the act of June 13,
7 1836 (P.L.551, No.169), entitled "An act relating to roads,
8 highways and bridges," are repealed.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
