                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating the Timber Rattlesnake (Crotalus horridus horridus)
     2     as the State reptile.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Official State reptile.
     6     The Timber Rattlesnake (Crotalus horridus horridus) is
     7  designated as the State reptile.
     8  Section 2.  Effective date.
     9     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
