AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for issuance of registration plates to
3 constables.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 1360. Constable plates.
9 On the application of a constable, the department shall issue
10 a special registration plate designating the vehicle as
11 belonging to a constable, which plate shall have the same effect
12 as a regular registration plate.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
