AN ACT
1 Designating a section of SR 3097 in Westmoreland County,
2 Pennsylvania, as Baltzer Meyer Pike.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The section of SR 3097 in Westmoreland County
6 between Route 136 and the Borough of Youngwood is designated and
7 shall be known as Baltzer Meyer Pike.
8 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
9 maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road
10 as Baltzer Meyer Pike.
11 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
