A RESOLUTION
1 Commending the Elkland Area High School Girls Basketball Team on
2 winning the PIAA Class A State Basketball Championship.
3 WHEREAS, The Elkland Area High School Lady Rams of Elkland,
4 Tioga County, won the 1996 PIAA Class A Girls Basketball
5 Championship on March 23, 1996; and
6 WHEREAS, The Elkland Area High School Lady Rams' outstanding
7 athletic efforts have brought great credit and distinction to
8 the members of the team and its coaching staff, the Elkland Area
9 High School and its student body, faculty and administration and
10 the entire Elkland community; therefore be it
11 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives commend the
12 Elkland Area High School Lady Rams Girls Basketball Team on its
13 1996 State Championship and wish all the members of the team and
14 the coaching staff continued success in future seasons.
