AN ACT
1 Designating a section of SR 28 in Armstrong County and Allegheny
2 County, Pennsylvania, as Alexander H. Lindsay Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The section of SR 28 from Kittanning in Armstrong
6 County to the City of Pittsburgh in Allegheny County is
7 designated and shall be known as Alexander H. Lindsay Highway.
8 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
9 maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road
10 as Alexander H. Lindsay Highway.
11 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
