                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of June 30, 1995 (P.L.   , No.5A), entitled "An
     2     act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the
     3     Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the
     4     Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for
     5     the fiscal year July 1, 1995, to June 30, 1996, for certain
     6     institutions and organizations, and for the payment of bills
     7     incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year
     8     ending June 30, 1995; to provide appropriations from the
     9     State Lottery Fund, the Energy Conservation and Assistance
    10     Fund, the Hazardous Material Response Fund, The State Stores
    11     Fund, the Milk Marketing Fund, the Home Investment Trust
    12     Fund, the Emergency Medical Services Operating Fund, the Ben
    13     Franklin/IRC Partnership Fund, the Tuition Payment Fund and
    14     the Banking Department Fund to the Executive Department; to
    15     provide appropriations from the restricted revenue account
    16     within the General Fund to the Pennsylvania Public Utility
    17     Commission; to provide appropriations from the Judicial
    18     Computer System Augmentation Account to the Judicial
    19     Department; to provide appropriations from the Motor License
    20     Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1995, to June 30, 1996, for
    21     the proper operation of the several departments of the
    22     Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Police authorized to
    23     spend Motor License Fund moneys; to provide for the
    24     appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive and Judicial
    25     Departments of the Commonwealth and for the establishment of
    26     restricted receipt accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1995,
    27     to June 30, 1996, and for the payment of bills remaining
    28     unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995;
    29     and to provide for the additional appropriation of State and
    30     Federal funds for the Executive Department of the


     1     Commonwealth for the fiscal year July 1, 1994, to June 30,
     2     1995, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
     3     unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1994,"
     4     further providing an appropriation for the Local Government
     5     Capital Project Loan Fund.

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  As much of the State appropriation to the
     9  Department of Community Affairs for community revitalization in
    10  section 211 of the act of June 30, 1995 (P.L.  , No.5A), known
    11  as the General Appropriation Act of 1995, is amended to read:
    12     Section 211.  Department of
    13  Community Affairs.--The following
    14  amounts are appropriated to the
    15  Department of Community Affairs:           Federal       State

    18  including $1,500,000 for loans to
    19  municipalities as authorized by the
    20  act of December 19, 1990 (P.L.1358,
    21  No.210), known as the Local Government
    22  Capital Project Loan Fund Act.

    25     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
