                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for the limitation on disclosure
     3     of certain records.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 325(c) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 325.  Limitation on disclosure of certain records.
     9     * * *
    10     (c)  Nonapplication.--The provisions of this section shall
    11  not apply to records and reports:
    12         (1)  Required for prosecutions of any violations of this
    13     title.
    14         (2)  Required for administrative proceedings held
    15     pursuant to the laws of this Commonwealth.
    16         (3)  Required for the prosecution of any violation of any
    17     Federal laws or the laws of any state of the United States.
    18         (4)  Required to be published to enforce the suspension

     1     or revocation of hunting and trapping privileges by the
     2     commission.
     3         (5)  Authorized by action of the commission for the sole
     4     purpose of exercising legitimate governmental function or
     5     duty.
     6         (6)  Required to determine the identification of a
     7     trapper under section 2361(a)(12) (relating to unlawful acts
     8     concerning taking of furbearers), when such information is
     9     requested by a landowner, an agent of a landowner or a lessee
    10     of land.
    11         (7)  Requested by a member or committee of the Senate or
    12     House of Representatives for any legislative purpose or any
    13     other lawful purpose.
    14  When such records and reports are made available by the
    15  commission for the limited purposes set forth in paragraphs (1)
    16  through [(6)] (7), they shall not be published, circulated or
    17  disclosed by the receiving agency for any purposes.

    19     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
