AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Museum of Scientific Discovery.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Museum of Scientific Discovery, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg,
6 for the fiscal year July 1, 1994, to June 30, 1995, for the
7 maintenance and general operations of the museum.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Museum of Scientific Discovery on
9 account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made
10 monthly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical
11 and Museum Commission.
12 Section 3. The Museum of Scientific Discovery shall provide
13 full, complete and accurate information as may be required by
14 the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or the
15 chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations
16 Committee of the Senate or the chairman or the minority chairman
17 of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
1 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
