                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat
     2     Commission to cover the costs of certain free fishing
     3     licenses.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6  Section 1.  Appropriation.
     7     The sum of $780,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary,
     8  is hereby appropriated to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat
     9  Commission for fiscal year July 1, 1994, to June 30, 1995, to
    10  reimburse the commission for the free licenses issued under 30
    11  Pa.C.S. § 2713 (relating to appropriations for licenses issued
    12  without a fee).
    13  Section 2.  Effective date.
    14     This act shall take effect immediately.
