AN ACT
1 Providing for the adoption of capital projects to be financed
2 from current revenues of the Game Fund.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Short title.
6 This act shall be known and may be cited as the Game Fund
7 Capital Budget Act for 1994-1995.
8 Section 2. Total authorizations.
9 The total authorization for the capital projects in the
10 category of public improvement projects to be acquired by the
11 Pennsylvania Game Commission, and to be financed from current
12 revenues of the Game Fund pursuant to executive authorizations,
13 shall be $450,000.
14 Section 3. Itemization of Pennsylvania Game Commission capital
15 projects.
16 The individual capital projects in the category of public
17 improvement projects to be acquired by the Pennsylvania Game
1 Commission, and to be financed from current revenues of the Game
2 Fund pursuant to executive authorizations, are hereby itemized,
3 together with their respective estimated costs, as follows:
4 (1) Lebanon County, Cornwall Borough
5 (i) Land Acquisition - 450 Acres $450,000
6 Section 4. Effective date.
7 This act shall take effect immediately.
