                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of September 18, 1961 (P.L.1389, No.615),
     2     entitled "An act establishing and taking over as State
     3     highways certain county highways, or sections thereof,
     4     tunnels, bridges, viaducts and approaches thereto, in
     5     counties, and certain streets and bridges in cities of the
     6     first class and in cities of the second class, and certain
     7     streets in cities of the second class A and third class, and
     8     certain township roads and certain streets in boroughs and
     9     incorporated towns; authorizing under certain terms and
    10     conditions their construction, maintenance, repair,
    11     reconstruction and improvement by the Commonwealth;
    12     conferring certain powers upon Department of Highways and
    13     local authorities, persons, associations and corporations for
    14     sharing the cost of the maintenance and construction of such
    15     highways; and deleting certain State highways," further
    16     providing for takeover of township roads.

    17     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    18  hereby enacts as follows:
    19     Section 1.  Section 402 of the act of September 18, 1961
    20  (P.L.1389, No.615), referred to as the County and Municipal
    21  State Highway Law, is amended by adding routes to read:
    22     Section 402.  The township roads to be taken over are situate
    23  and described as follows:

     1                           Clinton County
     2     Route 18011.  Beginning at the end of State Route 664, T-511,
     3  running from Station 0+00 at Veterans Bridge to Station 222+06
     4  at the boundary with Colebrook Township, having a total length
     5  of 4.2057 miles and an existing right-of-way width of 33 feet in
     6  Woodward Township, Clinton County.
     7     Route 18012.  Beginning at State Route 364 (Legislative Route
     8  359) from Segment 0006 Offset 0000 (Station 0+00) excluding the
     9  146 foot span bridge starting at Segment 0006 Offset 0000,
    10  center line of bridge Station 0+00, BMSID#18/0364/0006/0000, the
    11  40 foot span bridge starting at Segment 0050 Offset 0530, center
    12  line of bridge Station 104+40, BMSID#18/0364/0050/0530 and the
    13  27 foot span bridge starting at Segment 0050 Offset 1699, center
    14  line of bridge Station 116+05, BMSID#18/0364/0050/1699 to
    15  Segment 0050 Offset 1730 (Station 116+40), having a total length
    16  of 2.1616 miles, Beech Creek Township, Clinton County.
    17     Route 18013.  Beginning at Legislative Route 18040, Station
    18  215+00 to Station 367+32, measuring approximately 2.8825 miles
    19  in length, Grugan Township, Clinton County.
