                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating the interchange of I-79 and I-90 in Erie County as
     2     the Charles D. Buzzanco Interchange.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The interchange of I-79 and I-90 in Erie County
     6  is hereby designated as the Charles D. Buzzanco Interchange in
     7  honor of the late Charles D. Buzzanco, former business manager
     8  of Local Union 603 of the Laborers' International Union of North
     9  America and a leader of the Erie Community.
    10     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect
    11  signs to display the name of the interchange.
    12     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
