AN ACT
1 Designating S.R.0045 in the counties of Montour, Northumberland,
2 Union, Centre and Huntingdon as the Purple Heart Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The portion of S.R.0045 in the counties of
6 Montour, Northumberland, Union, Centre and Huntingdon is hereby
7 designated and shall be known as the Purple Heart Highway.
8 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
9 maintain road signs which shall display the name of the Purple
10 Heart Highway at the beginning and end of the section of highway
11 so designated.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
