                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for securing loads in vehicles.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Section 4903(a) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
     6  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     7  § 4903.  Securing loads in vehicles.
     8     (a)  General rule.--No vehicle shall be driven or moved on
     9  any highway unless the vehicle is so constructed [or], loaded or
    10  covered as to prevent any of its load from dropping, sifting,
    11  blowing, leaking or otherwise escaping.
