AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Juvenile Court Judges'
2 Commission.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $2,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
6 the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission for the fiscal year July
7 1, 1994, to June 30, 1995, to establish or expand special drug
8 units within juvenile probation departments to provide drug and
9 alcohol screening, intensive probation and aftercare for
10 juvenile offenders and for school-based probation services.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
