AN ACT
1 Requiring compliance by the Commonwealth and other governmental
2 entities with municipal ordinances regulating construction or
3 use of structures.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Application of municipal ordinances regulating
7 construction or use of structures.
8 If a Commonwealth department, agency, board or commission, an
9 instrumentality of the Commonwealth or a county proposes to
10 construct or use a structure within a municipality, construction
11 or use shall be subject to the municipality's subdivision and
12 land use ordinance, zoning ordinance and all other municipal
13 ordinances regulating construction or use of structures.
14 Section 2. Repeals.
15 All acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are
16 inconsistent with this act.
17 Section 3. Effective date.
1 This act shall take effect immediately.
