AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for persons to whom
3 delivery shall not be made.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 6110 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 6110. Persons to whom delivery shall not be made.
9 [No person shall] (a) Offense defined.--
10 (1) It is unlawful for any person to deliver a firearm
11 to any person [under the age of 18 years, or to one] he has
12 reasonable cause to believe has been convicted of a crime of
13 violence, or is a drug addict, an habitual drunkard, or of
14 unsound mind.
15 (2) It is unlawful for any person to deliver a firearm
16 to any person under 18 years of age.
17 (b) Grading.--An offense under subsection (a)(2) constitutes
1 a felony of the third degree.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
