AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, regulating source-separated recyclable materials
3 transported within this Commonwealth.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4903 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 4903. Securing loads in vehicles.

10 (h) Definition.--As used in this section, the term "waste"
11 shall include source-separated recyclable materials which are
12 separated from municipal waste at the point of origin and
13 transported through or within this Commonwealth.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
