AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for special registration plates for
3 county commissioners.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 1353. Special plates for county commissioners.
9 Upon application of a person who is a county commissioner,
10 accompanied by the appropriate fee, the department shall issue
11 to that person a special registration plate designating the
12 vehicle as belonging to a person who is a county commissioner,
13 which plate shall have the same effect as a regular plate.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
