                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing a supplemental appropriation for day-care services.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  The amount of $12,500,000, or as much thereof as
     5  may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
     6  Public Welfare for day-care services provided by State-approved
     7  facilities for children. This amount shall be in addition and
     8  supplemental to amounts previously appropriated for these
     9  purposes by the act of June 30, 1992 (P.L.   , No.8A), known as
    10  the General Appropriation Act of 1992.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
