AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Curtin Village Historic Site for
2 maintenance.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $50,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Curtin Village Historic Site, Centre County, for the fiscal year
7 July 1, 1992, to June 30, 1993, for maintenance.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Curtin Village Historic Site on
9 account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made
10 quarterly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
11 Historical and Museum Commission.
12 Section 3. The Curtin Village Historic Site shall provide
13 full, complete and accurate information as may be required by
14 the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or the
15 majority chairman and the minority chairman of the
16 Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the majority chairman
17 and the minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
1 House of Representatives.
2 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
