AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for restrictions on use of <--
3 limited access highways RESCINDING APPLICATION FOR <--
4 REFORMULATED FUELS PROGRAMS.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 3313 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania <--
8 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
9 § 3313. Restrictions on use of limited access highways.

11 (c) Motorcycles.--Except on busways in counties of the first
12 or second class, motorcycles may be operated upon any limited
13 access highway in an urban district in a lane specified for
14 multioccupant vehicles or car pools, except where the department
15 can demonstrate that such use will create a safety hazard.
16 SECTION 1. TITLE 75 OF THE PENNSYLVANIA CONSOLIDATED <--
17 STATUTES IS AMENDED BY ADDING A SECTION TO READ:
18 § 7205. RESCINDING APPLICATION FOR REFORMULATED FUELS PROGRAMS.
1 THE APPLICATION OF THE COMMONWEALTH SUBMITTED BY LETTER FROM
2 THE GOVERNOR, DATED SEPTEMBER 25, 1991, TO EXTEND THE FEDERAL
3 REFORMULATED FUELS PROGRAM TO ADDITIONAL NONATTAINMENT AREAS IN
4 THIS COMMONWEALTH UNDER SECTION 7545(K)(6) OF THE CLEAN AIR ACT
5 (PUBLIC LAW 95-95, 42 U.S.C. § 7545(K)(6)) IS HEREBY RESCINDED.
6 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
