                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for the display of the POW/MIA flag at the western
     2     entrance to the Fort Pitt Tunnel in Allegheny County.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Display of POW/MIA flag.
     6     The POW/MIA flag may be displayed at the western entrance to
     7  the Fort Pitt Tunnel in Allegheny County.
     8  Section 2.  Effective date.
     9     This act shall take effect immediately.
