AN ACT
1 Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for waters for specific purposes.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 2307(a) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
7 § 2307. Waters limited to specific purposes.
8 (a) General rule.--The commission may designate certain
9 water areas for specific purposes and promulgate such rules and
10 regulations as are deemed necessary to protect and manage the
11 fishery therein. Regulations under this subsection shall ensure
12 special access to individuals who are mentally retarded in
13 accordance with the definition of "mental retardation" in
14 section 102 of the act of October 20, 1966 (3rd Sp.Sess.,
15 P.L.96, No.6), known as the Mental Health and Mental Retardation
16 Act of 1966.
