AN ACT
1 Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for fish seasons.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 2102(b) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
7 § 2102. Rules and regulations.

9 (b) Seasons, sizes, creel limits and devices.--The rules and
10 regulations may establish seasons, sizes, and possession limits
11 for fish and fishing, regulate the possession of certain
12 species, the number and types of devices and tackle allowed, the
13 identification of such devices and the use and possession of
14 such devices. The rules shall provide that the first hour of the
15 first day of trout fishing season shall be reserved for persons
16 12 years of age and younger. Any person who violates a rule or
17 regulation promulgated under this subsection commits a summary
1 offense of the third degree.
