                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for a standard credit reporting form; and providing
     2     additional duties of the Office of Attorney General.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Standard reporting form.
     6     The Office of Attorney General shall devise and promulgate by
     7  regulation a standard credit reporting form to be used by all
     8  consumer credit agencies in the making of consumer audit
     9  reports.
    10  Section 2.  Penalty.
    11     Any consumer agency which fails or refuses to use the
    12  standard form provided for in this act commits a misdemeanor of
    13  the third degree.
    14  Section 3.  Effective date.
    15     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
