AN ACT
1 Repealing section 703 of the act of August 14, 1991 (P.L. ,
2 No.36), entitled "An act providing for the preservation of
3 the State Lottery Fund; further providing for pharmaceutical
4 assistance for the elderly; further providing for
5 transportation assistance to the elderly; providing for
6 pharmaceutical purchasing; conferring powers and duties upon
7 the Department of Aging, the Department of Revenue, and the
8 Department of Transportation; imposing penalties; and making
9 repeals," relating to commuter rail fare.
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. Section 703 of the act of August 14, 1991 (P.L.
13 , No.36), known as the Lottery Fund Preservation Act, is
14 repealed.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
