AN ACT
1 Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, requiring the department to provide
3 for year round flag display on graves of recipients of the
4 Congressional Medal of Honor.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 3706. Year round flag display.
10 The department shall be responsible for and shall insure that
11 an appropriate size United States flag is displayed year round
12 on the grave of every deceased recipient of the Congressional
13 Medal of Honor which is located within this Commonwealth.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
