AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for certain registration plates.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
6 Statutes is amended by adding sections to read:
7 § 1350. Special plates for recipients of Silver Star.
8 Upon application of a person who is a recipient of the Silver
9 Star, the department shall issue to that person a special
10 registration plate designating the vehicle so licensed as
11 belonging to a person who is a recipient of the Silver Star.
12 § 1351. Special plates for recipients of the Army Distinguished
13 Service Cross, Navy Cross or Air Force Cross.
14 Upon application of a person who is a recipient of the Army
15 Distinguished Service Cross, Navy Cross or Air Force Cross, the
16 department shall issue to that person a special registration
1 plate designating the vehicle so licensed as belonging to a
2 person who is a recipient of the Army Distinguished Service
3 Cross, Navy Cross or Air Force Cross.
4 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
