AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting the distribution of
3 samples of cigarettes or cigarette coupons.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 7326. Distribution of cigarette samples or coupons.
9 A person commits a summary offense if he distributes or
10 furnishes samples of cigarettes or coupons entitling the holder
11 to free cigarettes or a discount from the regular price of
12 cigarettes to any person 18 years of age or younger.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
