AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Veterans' Memorial
2 Commission.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $50,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Military
7 Affairs for the fiscal year July 1, 1988, to June 30, 1989, for
8 the payment of mileage and expenses of the members of the
9 Pennsylvania Veterans' Memorial Commission and for the costs
10 incurred by the department for administrative staff, support and
11 services.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
