AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Humanities Council.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Humanities Council for the fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30,
6 1990. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the
7 Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum
8 Commission in equal quarterly payments.
9 Section 2. The Humanities Council shall provide such
10 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
11 this act. The information shall be provided in such form and
12 manner as the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission
13 shall prescribe.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
15 immediately, whichever is later.
