                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of December 22, 1983 (P.L.327, No.85), entitled
     2     "An act imposing regulations and licensing requirements on
     3     auctioneers, apprentice auctioneers, auction houses and
     4     auction companies; imposing powers and duties on the State
     5     Board of Auctioneer Examiners; and making repeals," further
     6     providing for the disposition of fees and fines.

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  Section 33 of the act of December 22, 1983
    10  (P.L.327, No.85), known as the Auctioneer and Auction Licensing
    11  Act, is amended to read:
    12  Section 33.  Fees and fines.
    13     (a)  Existing fees.--All fees fixed pursuant to section 203
    14  of the act of July 1, 1978 (P.L.700, No.124), known as the
    15  Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs Fee Act, shall
    16  continue in full force and effect until changed by the board.
    17     (b)  Disposition.--All fees paid to the board and all fines
    18  collected for violations of this act shall be paid into the
    19  [State Treasury for the use of the board to aid in the
    20  administration and enforcement of this act.] Professional

     1  Licensure Augmentation Account for use by the board in
     2  accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of the act of July
     3  1, 1978 (P.L.700, No.124), known as the Bureau of Professional
     4  and Occupational Affairs Fee Act.
     5     Section 2.  Section 304 of the act of July 1, 1978 (P.L.700,
     6  No.124), known as the Bureau of Professional and Occupational
     7  Affairs Fee Act, is repealed insofar as it is inconsistent with
     8  the provisions of this act.
     9     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
