AN ACT
1 Amending Title 9 (Burial Grounds) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, requiring cemetery companies to
3 maintain records of persons buried in the cemetery.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 9 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes
7 is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 313. Records.
9 Every cemetery company shall maintain, by lot number, a
10 record of persons buried in the cemetery after the effective
11 date of this section.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
