AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the utilization of field
3 receipts.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 926(a) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 926. Acknowledgment of guilt and receipt for payment.
9 (a) General rule.--A person charged with violating any
10 provision of this title which is a summary offense may sign,
11 within ten days of the commission of the offense, FROM THE <--
12 ISSUANCE OF THE FIELD RECEIPT, an acknowledgment of the offense
13 committed and pay to an officer of the commission the penalty in
14 full, as fixed by this title, plus any costs of prosecution
15 which may have accrued. The printed receipt for this payment
1 shall only prove full satisfaction of the monetary fine for the
2 offense committed and in no way shall limit the commission from
3 further revoking hunting and furtaking privileges.

5 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
6 immediately, whichever is later.
