AN ACT
1 Amending the act of October 10, 1984 (P.L.758, No.160), entitled
2 "An act providing for the adoption of capital projects to be
3 financed from the current revenues of the Motor License
4 Fund," revising the description of a project and; ADDING A <--
5 PROJECT; decreasing the amount of the project allocation; AND <--
6 MAKING A REPEAL.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 1 of the act of October 10, 1984
10 (P.L.758, No.160), entitled "An act providing for the adoption
11 of capital projects to be financed from the current revenues of
12 the Motor License Fund," is amended to read:
13 Section 1. Total authorization.
14 The total authorization for the additional capital projects
15 in the category of highway safety and improvement projects
16 itemized in section 2 and to be constructed by the Department of
17 Transportation, its successors or assigns and to be financed
18 from current revenues of the Motor License Fund shall be
19 [$243,010,000] $238,110,000.
1 Section 2. Section 2(37) of the act is amended by adding a <--
2 project 2(8) AND (37) OF THE ACT ARE AMENDED BY ADDING PROJECTS <--
3 to read:
4 Section 2. Itemization of highway safety and improvement
5 projects.
6 Additional capital projects in the category of highway safety
7 and improvement projects to be constructed by the Department of
8 Transportation, its successors or assigns, and to be financed
9 from current revenues of the Motor License Fund are hereby
10 itemized together with their respective estimated financial
11 costs as follows:
