                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Memorializing Congress to require new automobiles to have
     2     headlights and taillights wired so that they will be turned
     3     on automatically whenever the windshield wipers are turned
     4     on.

     5     RESOLVED, That the General Assembly memorialize Congress to
     6  require all new automobiles, beginning with the 1990 models, to
     7  have the headlights and taillights wired so that they will be
     8  turned on automatically whenever the windshield wipers are
     9  turned on; and be it further
    10     RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to
    11  the presiding officers of each house of Congress and to each
    12  member of Congress from Pennsylvania.
