                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of March 17, 1925 (P.L.34, No.20), entitled,
     2     "An act regulating the sale of oysters at retail."

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The act of March 17, 1925 (P.L.34, No.20),
     6  entitled, "An act regulating the sale of oysters at retail," is
     7  repealed.
     8     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
