                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating the mushroom as the official State vegetable of the
     2     Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Official State vegetable.
     6     The mushroom is hereby selected, designated and adopted as
     7  the official vegetable of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
     8  Section 2.  Effective date.
     9     This act shall take effect immediately.
