                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the
     2     use of the American Wind Symphony Orchestra.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $250,000, or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Commerce
     7  for the use of the American Wind Symphony Orchestra in making a
     8  European tour.
     9     Section 2.  The American Wind Symphony orchestra shall
    10  provide such information as may be necessary to carry out the
    11  provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
    12  Department of Commerce shall prescribe.
    13     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
