AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
2 Resources for the purpose of acquiring real property in
3 Carbon County, Pennsylvania, to be used as a State park.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $1,200,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
8 Environmental Resources to purchase Flagstaff Park, consisting
9 of 425 acres, in the Borough of Jim Thorpe and Mahoning
10 Township, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, for use as a State park.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
