                                     AN ACT

     1  Requiring eye examinations for patients at State mental
     2     hospitals.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Eye examination required.
     6     Upon admission and every three years thereafter, every
     7  patient at all State mental hospitals shall be given a thorough
     8  eye examination.
     9  Section 2.  Effective date.
    10     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
