AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
2 Resources for rehabilitation, maintenance and management of
3 lands under the jurisdiction of the department in East
4 Norriton Township and West Norriton Township, Montgomery
5 County.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The sum of $300,000, or as much thereof as may be
9 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
10 Environmental Resources for the fiscal year July 1, 1987, to
11 June 30, 1988, for rehabilitation, maintenance and management of
12 lands administered by the Department of Environmental Resources,
13 formerly the Norristown State Farm Property, located in East
14 Norriton Township and West Norriton Township, Montgomery County.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
