                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the sale or
     3     illegal use of certain solvents.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 7303(f) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 7303.  Sale or illegal use of certain solvents.
     9     * * *
    10     (f)  Definition.--As used in this section, the phrase "any
    11  substance containing a solvent having the property of releasing
    12  toxic vapors or fumes" shall mean any substance containing one
    13  or more of the following chemical compounds: acetone, acetate,
    14  amyl nitrite, benzene, butyl alcohol, butyl nitrite, secondary
    15  butyl nitrite, tertiary butyl nitrite, ethyl alcohol, ethylene
    16  dichloride, isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, methyl ethyl
    17  ketone, pentachlorophenol, pentyl nitrite, petroleum ether, or

     1  toluene.
     2     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
