AN ACT
1 Amending Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, requiring municipalities
3 to treat condominium owners the same as single-family
4 dwelling owners for the purposes of collection, removal and
5 disposal of refuse.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Title 68 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
9 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
10 § 3106.1. Refuse collection.
11 Each municipality must provide the same services with respect
12 to collection, removal and disposal of refuse, trash or garbage
13 to condominium owners as it provides to single-family dwellings.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
