AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the use of camp rosters as
3 evidence of certain violations.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2324 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 2324. Roster of parties hunting big game.
9 (a) Power of commission.--The commission may establish
10 roster requirements and limitations applicable to groups or
11 parties of persons hunting together or in unison or in any other
12 manner cooperating with others while hunting for big game.
13 (b) Inspection of roster.--Each roster shall be open to
14 inspection at any time by any officer of the commission and
15 shall be produced in the field upon demand of any commission
16 officer. Membership on a camp roster shall not be sufficient
17 evidence to support any allegation of aiding or abetting in a
18 violation of this title.
1 (c) Penalty.--A violation of this section is a summary
2 offense of the seventh degree.
3 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987, or
4 immediately, whichever is later.
