AN ACT
1 Designating a section of Traffic Route 8 situate in Venango
2 County, Pennsylvania, as The Richard C. Frame Memorial
3 Highway.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Route designation.
7 That section of Traffic Route 8 situate in Venango County
8 beginning on the western boundary line of the City of Franklin
9 and Sandycreek Township north of U.S. Traffic Route 62 to the
10 interchange at Interstate Route 80 is hereby designated and
11 shall be known as The Richard C. Frame Memorial Highway.
12 Section 2. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
