                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Agriculture for
     2     agricultural research and extension services at The
     3     Pennsylvania State University.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $5,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
     7  the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year July 1, 1986,
     8  to June 30, 1987, for a grant to the College of Agriculture of
     9  The Pennsylvania State University for agricultural research and
    10  extension services.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
