AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further prohibiting the introduction
3 of dangerous substances into water supply systems.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 6911. Protection of water supply systems.
9 A person commits a felony of the second degree if that
10 person, with an intent to cause bodily harm, introduces or
11 causes the introduction of any poisonous or deleterious
12 substance into any public or private water supply systems or
13 sources.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
